As a liaison between the exporters and the buyers, we strive to provide quality frozen seafood supply at competitive prices. While doing this we ensure to maintain a healthy business relationship between the exporters and the buyers to arrive at a win-win scenario enabling regular trade for long term.

We select the exporters who can meet the international regulatory standards requested by the buyers for frozen seafood. We maintain the certification and compliance records of the exporters who are associated with us, these are readily available for buyer reference. This ensures the finished product meets the International regulations and requirements given by the competent authorities, including EIC, US FDA and EU standards.

Our in-house quality inspectors equipped with years of experience and the requisite facilities are responsible for testing the quality of the frozen seafood cargos that are booked via us. Based on buyer request for value added seafood products, we also provide a dedicated QC inspector who is present throughout the production process to ensure the finished frozen seafood product is as per the standards given by buyer.

For all the frozen seafood cargos we monitor the finished goods before dispatch and conduct quality audits (final random inspection) to ensure minimum to nil deviation from the specification before the shipment.

We ensure that the frozen seafood cargo is shipped in line with export requirements, including all export documents, brand and label accuracy, declaration of compliance for each product, test results, health and other certificates. 

The in-house quality inspector will monitor the loading process and verify the frozen seafood products/cartons quantity, ensure proper handling of the cargo, and provide the loading report with pictures.
